Went tonight, outdoor Waitress kept us waiting for 35 minutes didn't even care when she saw us leaving samething the girl at the door she didn't even ask why we left.
An update on my review. Despite providing a contact to follow up with, I have messaged this person twice, but, they have not contacted me back. Shows how they really don't care about customer feedback. Here is the original review: Unfortunately, Moxies just isn’t what it used to be. Moxies used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Ottawa. I’ve always loved everything, from the food to the atmosphere and overall vibe. Unfortunately, my last two orders have been disappointing. The first was a prawn Thai curry laksa that arrived without the coconut curry broth. While I appreciated the offer of a gift card, my main goal was simply to enjoy the dish as intended, which wasn’t possible without the broth. In the end, the gift card also never came through. We called when we knew we would be late and they confirmed everything was fine They confirmed by text Upon turning into the lot we confirmed we had arrived be telephone and AGAIN they confirmed our reservation had been pushed to 6:30 Once inside at the desk they said our reservation had been cancelled I took 30 minutes for them to get us to a table
