Classic franchise spot, food was decent. Service was solid and beer special was a nice touch
This was my fourth visit to Moxies in the past two years. I live in Quebec, and we usually come here when visiting Ottawa for special occasions. I normally enjoy Moxies, but this visit did not meet my expectations. The kids’ menu was excellent and very generous. However, I found the food quite spicy overall. The chicken was overcooked and dry, with a thin burnt outer layer. I usually have a good experience at Moxies, which is why this visit was disappointing.

First time at Moxies in Centrum, and wow, so good! We even ordered a Mini Sticky Toffee Pudding, and when it came out it was a bit dense but we didn't question it, but then the manager herself came by unprompted with a new one saying the first one didn't look quite right and she wanted us to have a better plate!! So happy!!
