We went with friends and enjoyed a great meal, and service was impeccable. Stephanie took good care of us, and was there to make sure we were taken care of. I love the bean taco, but anything else I've ever had has been delicious too.
We came last night and immediately were asked if we had a reservation and we did not. We were told we had to sit in bar area as the entire place was empty but all reserved. We were recommended to eat the hot dogs as they are world renowned. My opinion as they weren’t the best hot dogs I’ve eaten a lot better than this place. FYI go to jack astor which is right next to them for outstanding service and food. Highly not recommended to eat at moxies or their hot dogs go to jacks
My reservation was for 7:15 pm. We ordered wine, a starter, three entrees, a salad, and coffee. The entrees took over half an hour to be served. The coffee had black granules floating on the surface. Even though our food was mediocre, we were kind to our young waiter and gave a 20% tip on our meal (i.e., almost $ 45 in tip alone). The reservation wait time was super short, and we were seated promptly! Our wonderful waitress, Emily, kept us great company and conversation. We were coming back from a vigil for our friend who passed recently, and she treated us with so much love and care. When our food arrived a bit cold, the team immediately made it right.
