I have been waiting 2 weeks with no product, emailed but no one has replied, tried to contact them via WhatsApp on their FB page-no answer. Incredibly unprofessional and upsetting...and no idea when or if I will even get the boots

Thankyou Marisia for the personalized letter and extra insoles.I love these work boots 25 years in construction and many brands failed me. My feet are very happy now with Moxie ! I had to purchase another pair just to have at home , no way was I putting my feet into another work boot again ! 👍🏼👍🏼

I have not had a good experience with them at all. They do not phone back, they rarely answer emails, they have done nothing to help and I have been waiting for a month for my boots and no one has offered me any solutions. All I want is someone to actually help and I can't get a hold of anyone. There is no one there to answer the phone. I will never never order from them again.

I have now purchased several pairs of steel toe shoes from MoxieTrade and am beyond impressed with the service as well as the product. They respond to inquiries right away, offer suggestions....they actually care about each customer no matter the size of the order. They go above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended!

These are the most comfortable work boots I've ever worn. The service was amazing, the team is fantastic!! It's great to have a place to buy work boots or safety shoes made just for women. The styles are great too. I was so happy with my purchase.
