They won't honor their warranty and already owe me money for out of pocket expense to get my system repaired and they refuse to pay.
Well Moxie solar has to be the worst solar company in the industry. they have a pretty persuasive sales crew like Victor. over promise under deliver. they have fallen short on every aspect of the install since day one. this started about September 2021 I have made 4 payments on the system that doesn't work. the install is not complete and once you complain they completely disconnect. you will get the email that state your concerns will be handled by the escalation team in 2 business days. lets see if I can remember all the n... read more
Revising my review: Install and sales were great. One year on and system is having problems. Cannot contact support or service. Now no-one responds at all when you call, write or message.
Having worked there as a virtual solar sales rep I can can conform some management and others are deceitful and lie. To make a long story short, they owe me and many other sales reps tens of thousands in commissions and wont pay because they're crooks, they're so dysfunctional and cant manage their business which forced them to dramatically downsize. They also use sub contractors which results in delayed installs and botched jobs. Look elsewhere for a solar company.
