Unable to help me because of liability or whatever. I literally just needed someone to help me lift my e bike so I could install a spacer on the front wheel. 2 minute repair. My $5,000 bike was written off. Do not do business with Moxie
Had me in and out in less than a day for a rear tire. They replaced it even though they don’t normally work on my make. They also adjusted my rear brake which made an amazing difference in brake feel. All for a fair price. Thank you!
I have 2 scooters and I have taken both of them to Moxie Scooters for routine maintenance. I recently had the front and rear tires replaced with new white tires, they also replaced the headlight and adjusted the throttle. They are the only scooter dealer close to the Dallas area. They repaired and replaced some parts that were damaged by thevies when my scooter was recovered by the police.
