I went in wanting to have my hair dyed RED. I even texted her pictures as well as showed her multiple pictures of the color I wanted. She decided to dye my hair an orange brown. I absolutely hate it. I randomly booked Moxie @ Westport a blowout and haircut, and boy did I get lucky!! Every part of the salon experience from customer service to the services were fantastic. Katie is a highly skilled and talented stylist. She exceeded my high standard expectations and my hair looks like a million dollars. Sara surprised me with a make up application and the two of these lovely, talented women gave me a long-needed glamour glow-up. I am now a total die-hard Moxie fan and so happy to have found my go-to place.

My hair fell out from over process. They left me too long and it physically burned my head when I was there. Also the good thing was the cut I revieced from Daniella. She is now gone from Moxi and they refuse to tell me where I can reach her for another cut. Bad Bad Bad and I think people should know that

I have been a customer for over a year thru their subscription program. For the first time I had to cancel my appointment. I had booked for an hour and they told me I was going to be charged 1/2 the amount of the service. Isn't this a walk in blow bar? They obviously cant charge non loyal customers as as they don"t have their credit card. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated and advise anyone who goes there to not join their "loyalty" program as their business model is not geared for steadfast customers. I recently went to Moxie for the first time and had a great experience! To start, the staff was incredibly accommodating and was able to take me 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment since I arrived early. I had my makeup done by Kat, and I would absolutely recommend her! I was a little hesitant to have someone else do my makeup because I'm pretty particular and usually do it myself.
