Today 1/ 21/26 I had a 6:30 appointment. At 6:16 while I was driving on my way to my appointment I received a text notification that appointment was at 6 pm. The salon couldn’t explain what happened. I was told my appointment had passed. Poor customer service. Because of a glitch I was not seen despite showing the young lady the appointment on my phone !!! Waste of my time. I will finish out my services and look for a new place !! This is the second time I encountered a poor experience!!!
Hi! All I had hair extensions put in last by Malana. She was professional. Her attention to detail was impeccable. I can not say enough about her. My hair looks beautiful. Thank you Malana🥰

The staff was very nice, but I got tape-in extensions and they completely damaged my hair. Costed so much money i think it was like $600. A lot of my hair fell out and now it’s extremely thin. I’m now having to spend so much money on products and treatments just to help my hair grow back and get healthy again. Really disappointed with the results.
