I had the best experience today with the girls at Moxie. My appointment time was at 12:30 to start. It did start late however I was calm about it because I knew I was going to get taken care of. You know, good things take time. The ladies even celebrated my birthday 🥹 then, I got in the make-up chair and even though it started was late, she did her best to get me in and out of there as quickly as possible, EVEN with a customer Screaming at her during the process AND also telling me I was in ‘her’ chair, Sofia did not flinch... read more

Hair was blown dry exceptionally well by a lovely hairdresser. Makeup was done well but done a bit too heavy. Had to lighten it up at home. The following day eyes were red and swollen. This was either from too much makeup or tools not completely clean. Not sure if I would get makeup done again.

I had a great experience at Ridgewood Moxie Salon! My hairstylist, Elvin was phenomenal—she really listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was top-notch. The owner, Sally, is so kind and sweet, which really adds to the positive vibe of the salon. Highly recommend.

Updated to respond This is a genuine and factual review based on my wife’s direct experience at your salons. I was not the client, which is why my name would not appear in your records. My wife did not want to complain, but I was not letting this slide by. My wife was informed she had to come in to fill out a form. I clearly stated that the charges would be disputed with our bank.
