I got Keratin Hair treatment at this salon and wasn’t impressed at all. They did not give any information on the kind of product they were using, and you have to leave the hair as is for 48 hours (no tucking in behind the ears etc). It would have been ok if that resulted into frizz free smooth hair… that was not the case. The stylist was not very knowledgeable, when I asked for not having completely straight hair, she didn’t even know what other possibilities exist. The staff was young but not engaging. It’s my second time and Moxie and both experiences have been great! A couple of months ago I came in for hair and make up for my baby shower. My pictures looked amazing! Second time, I came in for color. Michael did an amazing job blending the colors to get me from gray to the perfect shade. Will come back for a Brazilian blowout next.
