Great customer service and fast services. They over a great variety of beauty services from hair, bridal/ special occasion hair, hair extensions/ clip-ins, make-up, lashes, acne treatment, etc.
My wife went here for a perm, and it was an absolute disaster. She left completely mortified. Not only was the haircut done wrong, but the perm severely damaged her hair. Women's hair is not like men's hair. If a man gets a bad haircut, he throws on a hat or just deals with it for a few weeks until it grows back. Women's hair can take years to grow, and when it's damaged by a salon, you're stuck dealing with the consequences for months or even years. I had an extremely disappointing experience at Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar and will never return. I called on a Thursday and was specifically told to come in on Saturday morning because it would be busy that day. I arrived around 9:05 AM for my 9:30 appointment, and when I walked in there were around 8–10 stylists working, but nobody acknowledged or greeted me for about 10 minutes.
