I called on a Thursday and was specifically told to come in on Saturday morning because it would be busy that day. This place can't keep their appointments straight. Had a make up appointment at 8:00 in the morning. Was attending an important function. I was told that they did not have my name in the schedule. This isn't the first time. Will never go back again.

First and foremost - if you attempt to even bother coming here… stay as far as you can away from Allegra, I am unsure how she holds a license but it should be revoked, immediately. My first go around here was with her, she turned my hair shades I have never even thought existed. She over toned my hair - proceeded to add more toner to compensate and I had an ash, green, mud color mess. I have no cosmetic background and could have done a hell of a lot better.
