i usually go here for my hair and makeup but never again. i had an appt scheduled for 11:30am. Sat there until 12:15 while the stylists stood in the back drinking starbucks and NO ONE came over to even say anything. no one was even at the front desk for me to speak to i had to walk around and find someone. I visited this location a couple of weeks ago for a makeup appointment I had scheduled. My appointment was at 5:00 PM, but I had trouble finding parking and arrived at 5:10. While I was walking toward the salon, someone called to ask where I was. I told her I was on my way and would be there in less than five minutes. I advise against this salon if the stakes are high and you don't already have a recommended or trusted stylist here. Fortunately for me, the stakes were low — I was just a plus one at a wedding in the area and feeling too lazy to do my own hair. I scheduled an appointment for a partial updo. The style didn't involve any ornate details such as intricate braids or twists; I just requested soft waves with half of my hair loosely pulled up.
