I sent a handwritten letter a few weeks ago, but I haven't received any response yet. I am unsure if I will ever hear back about my experience from Moxie. My intention is to share this with others now. To put it briefly, my daughter had set up two hair and makeup appointments for her baby shower. 1 star - This place constantly changes management and is very disorganized. The stylists leave every year and you are placed with a new one. The prices change often and nothing is consistent. If you go in there for service, they ask you to buy a package of 3. Do not recommend.
Do not go here. I went in for a wash and blowout which was fine but ended up getting talked into getting k-tip hair extensions. At first, the extension “expert”, Yex said I would need two bundles of hair. He showed me one that was exactly the color I wanted. He quoted me at about $650 for two. After I agreed to get the extensions he brought out the second bundle which was different from the first one but he said he would make it blend and it would look great.
