Been coming to this Edgewater location since they opened ! Get my hair cut and blowouts here . Love the salon the staff and they always take me ! Open 7 days a week . Staff is amazing but Asia is my stylist and she’s my girl !
I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received today. Asia has consistently refused to do my hair, and today was no different. I came in, as I regularly do—twice a week—for a blowout, and she insisted I get a bun instead. When I expressed how unfairly I felt I was being treated, they escalated the situation and actually called the police on me. Let me preface this by saying, I was not asked to write this review and i’m writing my thoughts and opinions only. This was my first time at this salon and despite how another customer was acting. My experience was nothing short of amazing. Asia started by assessing my end goal for the hairstyle i was going and did inform me what would be realistic. She was very thorough at explaining so.
