Pretty disappointed with my experience. I booked a 90s blowout and tried to explain that I wanted volume but not too much in the front, with curls inward instead of outward. The stylist was kind, but it quickly became clear we weren’t understanding each other. They kept saying yes to everything I asked but didn’t follow through, which left me frustrated. The place can use little fixing and little details and for the price there charging, which is like triple or double of other salons they could at least give you a cup of coffee if you’re there for more than five hours. Bring lots of cash because three people will take care of you, and you have to tip three people. The color that I picked didn’t come out the same color, the haircut was really good.
