Alissa did an amazing job! I went in with really long hair that was well overdue for a cut. She was patient with me, as I really wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. She had great suggestions for what would work well with my hair type and face shape and she thinned out some of the thickness of my hair in the back so it is not so heavy on my neck. Horrible Experience the whole way around and 1 star says it all! To the owner and your reply. My 1 star is very warranted and you yourself should have at the very least reached out to me to get my feedback. I was not treated with respect and my valuable time was wasted as I did a consult and all seemed fine. Then when I showed up taking time off of work from my appointment I had my hair stylist- Georgia tell me she was going to the back to mix my color then NEVER came back out. Alissa was the best! I have curly hair and got a color and cut. She was welcoming and made sure I was well informed about my hair and how to maintain it. She absolutely nailed it and can’t recommend her enough!
