My mother signed up for service after a Moxie representative came to her door and offered a lower rate than the company she had been with for years. Unfortunately, switching turned out to be a big mistake. The service was disappointing, and the cancellation process was frustrating. My advice is to read the fine print carefully before signing any agreement. That's where the important cancellation terms and fees are often explained. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company.
