I have mixed reviews about this salon. As a first time customer I booked to go see Caitlin for highlights and root touch up. When I got there she had her inexperienced (although sweet) assistant help her. Caitlin seemed kinda of unsure right off the bat of what color would best suit me. I said I wanted to go a little lighter but my 2 pet peeves with hair is when it turns brassy and when it doesn’t blend cohesively. DANIELLE was my stylist. I’m from out of town and needed an emergency appt. Everything was so easy from the reception to the teamwork demonstrated. SO HAPPY with my service 10/10
