Corbin was extremely knowledgeable and reviewed all the differences between road and triathlon bikes as well as differences between bike companies and levels of quality . It was so helpful in deciding what I am looking for . I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a bike master !!
Super knowledgeable bike shop. Every time I go in they help me whatever the issue, whether it’s shopping for gear or tuning up my bike. I feel really comfortable at the shop and I love their convenient location in South Scottsdale.
Nice shop, but no prices on anything makes it really frustrating. I don’t want to ask about every single item or feel awkward just to know what each item costs. It creates the impression that prices are being made up on the spot or adjusted depending on who’s asking. Clear pricing is basic retail 101 and would make this shop much more enjoyable. As it is, I walked out without buying anything.
Wow, unbelievable customer service!! I am out west for a five day MTB bike vacation, second day in having rear brake issues. Stopped in to ask if they could look at it and possibly bleed, and Corbin took it right back, welcomed us into the store and put it in the stand to take a look at.
