There are two aspects to review about Moxie MD: Dr. Schafer as a practitioner, and the business model of Moxie MD Dr. Schafer is the most kind, empathetic, and excellent doctor that my wife and I have ever seen. It's amazing how easy it is to work with Dr. Shafer. I can message her any time I need to to and she'll either work with me over the phone or get me in right away. I contacted her in the afternoon one day about a concern and she offered me three different times I could come in that same week, one of which was the very next day!
Absolutely love the place Dr Schafer is a wonderful understanding caring doctor she really takes time and talks to you about what’s going on with yourself and explains to you what she’s going to do.
We are so thankful to have found Dr. Schafer! She met with each of us individually for well over an hour to discuss our health goals and needs. Never before have I felt so heard and seen by a doctor. She pays attention to even the smallest details and follows up frequently. Highly recommend Moxie MD to everyone in central IL!
