I think its great to an extent the landlord is a total a-\-\-ole i understand him wanting to keep it nice and stuff but dont charge only certain people for things we did not get a warning or nothing and was charged an extra 280 for our trampoline that is in our fenced back yard and that we have had for over 4 years when a few spaces down in a yard with no fence they have 1 and its ok then boats rvs motorcycles and ect.
