Be careful! They were willing to drop me off at my home but refused to pick me up after the appointment. This is not my first time here, I had my work van serviced, as well as my personal vehicle. I thought they could be trusted. I had called in and made a appointment in the morning. When I arrived, they seemed shocked that I just came out of nowhere and tried making they excuse that they were working late the previous night. Moxie Automotive provides excellent customer service. They provided me with a State Inspection Service and replaced my brake pads. They got the job done and for a great price. I would highly recommend this auto repair shop.
I've been going to Moxie's for a little over a year now for my oil changes. I work right across the street from their building, so it started out as a matter of convenience. They made a believer out of me last winter, though, and I'll never go anywhere else. I had a small accident in the snow-- nothing major, I just busted one of my tires. These people are shady! Initially, very hard to get a hold of them after car was towed there. They insisted on replacing the fuel pump even though I told them two others mechanics said that wasn't the problem. Now they are trying to make me pay $400 or give them the title by noon or Moxie will impound the car even though they have not contacted me at all, and I needed to contact them continually.
