Within a few hours of buying a silver and turquoise ring to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, one of the 25 pieces of turquoise was lost. The prongs of the ring were open and appeared damaged wear the stone was sitting. The store owners were kind enough when buying the ring (and earrings) and after asking them a few times whether the ring would hold up for daily use, I was assured as long as I didn't wear it gardening or in the jacuzzi, it would be suitable for daily use.
