I was referred by the law society to Moxi Sahi. When telling her my reasons for calling her response was “You need to get a lawyer”. I was genuinely confused as to why she would say this as advice. She proceeded to give attitude and be unhelpful. I’ve not had her as a lawyer but this call was enough for me to not recommend.
IF I could give 0 stars I would. The secretary is rude & hung up on me when attempting to ask a general question. Keep in mind I'm unfamiliar with the system - the LEAST the secretary could have done was explain the process or ask me to book a consultation, but to hang up on a potential customer? Yeah. NO. Don't waste your time here.
Didn't like the attitude
The Best lawyer. She’s compassionate she always had very great communication skills. Even in difficult paths when I got nervous and wanted to give up she helped me pulled through always making sure I did what was needed. She is very committed. MsMoxi is very encouraging and made sure I was 1 step ahead. It was nothing she forgot. She stood with me step by step. My family and I appreciate everything you did😊
