Worst hair cut ever. A chop job by a scissor happy hairdresser that doesn't know how to cut hair.
I discovered Moxee a few years ago. The salon is always very clean and welcoming. They have excellent customer service. When I get my haircut and blow dried, it always turns out perfectly. I will never let anybody else cut my hair again, besides Phil. Phil is an artist with scissors. He takes his time so you get exactly what you asked for. He's very friendly, and it's a pleasure chatting with him while he does my hair.
