I had an unpleasant experience with Barber Joe during my recent visit. As an Indian customer, I felt disrespected and treated unfairly compared to others. The tone and comments made toward me seemed racially motivated and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome because of their background. I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures proper training and accountability to prevent such behavior in the future
