Inquired about an xlab bike online, got an email back really fast. Decided to come in today. Troy helped me out, made sure I got the correct size, took his time, didn't feel rushed at all. Really cool shop, really glad I found this gem, thanks a lot Troy! Can't wait to pick up the bike.
These guys rock. There's plenty of bicycle repair shops in Chicago, but this is the ONE to go to.
I almost never write google reviews but this shop has been so great I feel inclined. I bought a pretty expensive Pinarello bike from them last year only to get into a pretty bad crash a couple weeks later. I brought my bike back in bracing for the repair bill but they did a full look-over, fixed my handlebars, and even replaced my cracked saddle all at no charge.
