After getting a quote, I spoke on the phone and worked out dates for service with Tonya. I was just waiting for her to send me e-payment details so I could pay in full in advance. One week later I was told they were declining to serve me, without justification. When I called for an explanation I was hung up on by Michael and then ghosted. Very strange and unprofessional.
RecommendedThey have a crazy business plan. They quickly return your calls and show up to do the work on time. The work is top notch. They are not the cheapest nor the most expensive but you can trust that they will do a great job.

Rude, Disrespectful, They Unapologetically Damage Property The owner of Mowtivated Mowers, Michael Smith, treats people with arrogance, rudeness, dishonesty, and disrespect. His crews damage the properties of the neighbors of his clients. If you want good relations with your neighbors, don't hire this company. You will regret it!
My neighbor employs Mowtivated Mowers. They have unapologetically damaged my property, and have treated my family and me with rudeness and disrespect. The owner has behaved horribly toward me, and is now starting to harass me and my family by doing the noisy snow removal and lawn services at 2:00 in the morning...less than five feet from my house,,,just because he knows it wakes me up. Great mowing company I will use this company again! They always answer the phone and get work done when promised.
Leaf removal. Quoted one price yet billed a higher one. Guys wont use anything but a blower, had to return to complete the job properly and still didnt do a good job. Dont ask them to pick up a rake...the labor might kill them! Cant comment on any of their other services...wont be using them again.
