After getting a quote, I spoke on the phone and worked out dates for service with *****. I was just waiting for her to send me e-payment details so I could pay in full in advance. One week later I was told they were declining to serve me, without justification. When I called for an explanation I was hung up on by ******* and then ghosted. Very strange and unprofessional.
I am happy to review a company that I will refer to frends and family. From the point of the first phone call I have been impressed with how they care for their customer, with landscape costs almost half of my previous caretaker!
