I have used this service a few times and have always had great customer service. Recently I had a dispute with them over an area I believed was requested to be completed which wasn't. After back and forth emails they explained to me where I went wrong with the app and volunteered immediately to have someone come out on their dime to fix it. Now THAT is customer service and I will continue using this company going forward. HIGHLY recommend.
