Had an emergency on a Friday night. Scott mowrey came within 45 minutes. He repaired the problem and did not charge what I thought the job would cost! His price was much lower!!
Scott set up a time to meet my mom at here house to fix something with heating. She left work early for this appointment and waited 2 hours at her house before leaving again. He never did show up at all. He also never called to set up a different time.
I contacted Scott on 7/17 for an emergency call regarding a toilet line leaking into our kitchen on the floor below. I explained that my wife was just a couple of days away from giving birth and that we would be out of town for a few days once the baby arrived, so it was imperative that we get it fixed and to prevent continued damage. Scott stated that he would be out that afternoon to assist.
