Scott set up a time to meet my mom at here house to fix something with heating. She left work early for this appointment and waited 2 hours at her house before leaving again. He never did show up at all. He also never called to set up a different time.
I contacted Scott on 7/17 for an emergency call regarding a toilet line leaking into our kitchen on the floor below. I explained that my wife was just a couple of days away from giving birth and that we would be out of town for a few days once the baby arrived, so it was imperative that we get it fixed and to prevent continued damage.
