Never had I ever had to deal with such lack of compassion for there customers my elevator went down Friday morning. I called Mowery also because I had a guest stuck in the elevator they eventually sent some one out was told that I needed a circuit board ok order it I said the employee Mateo said that he will do it right away To me that means that day. Well needless to say it did not get ordered until Tuesday or Wednesday not sure. I was down my guest elevator for a week we are a small little hotel with only the one elevator.... read more
I would not have believed this technician actually represented Mowrey if I hadn’t seen him return to a marked company truck. Mowrey’s crew is a liability waiting to happen. The technician entered our elevator machine room, flipped a breaker on and off several times, and said “that should fix it” for one of our elevators. This will absolutely be the last visit here or any place I currently own.
