At first, the gardener seemed like a nice guy and did okay work, but over time things went downhill. He got lazy and started breaking things around the garden. The last straw was when he killed two of my lilli pilli trees while planting them. Communication was also a real problem – text messages would take up to a week to get a reply, if at all. When I finally raised my concerns about the broken items and dead plants, instead of fixing the situation, he just stopped showing up altogether. Disappointing experience overall.
I couldn't be happier with the lawn mowing service provided! The team arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and did a thorough job. My lawn looks pristine edges are perfectly trimmed, and the grass is cut to the ideal length. They also cleaned up afterward, leaving everything neat and tidy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and top-quality lawn care! Will definitely be using them again. Thank you for the fantastic service!
Juan (Beloved Garden) has done a fantastic job in recovering our yards. He first came and checked the condition and suggested what needs to be done and was happy to do the one-off work as our yard is quite small. He came in time on the day of the job and got started with the work quickly. He cleaned after the work and we’re very happy with the result. A very humble and simple person who can be trusted with the gardening job. Will definitely reach out to him in future if needed. Highly recommended.
Very impressive for the garden maintenance job they did. Juan is the first one pointed out the weed issues in my garden. I noticed him and his team pulls out the weed by hand. They also take care of the plant box and the grass behind the granny flat without being told to do. I am so happy for their work and definitely would recommend to anyone would need their services!
