I took my mower in on Labor day weekend to get the fuel line unclogged because it would not start. I was quoted $60 + parts. Without calling me they replaced the Blade, air filter, spark plug and when I went to pick it up may bill was $150. I mowed my yard once and put the mower in the Garage. 5 weeks later I take the mower out to mow again and it won't start. I took my pressure washer there to be fixed. She called me a few days later and told me it could not be fixed and it was scrap. She then told me it would cost $30 for the diagnosis if I wanted to pick it up or else they were gonna scrap it. 2 weeks later it was for sale in front of the store. When I confronted them, they admitted it was mine. I asked him why he told me it was irreparable, and his reply was that I couldn't afford to fix. I have taken my engine in there many times over the last couple years. These guys fix it right the first time! ( and they always charge low prices...But don't tell them. Ssssshhhhhhh.)

My edger king was blowing black smoke and wouldn't stay running. Brought it by on a Saturday, said what the issue was and they had it diagnosed before I finished my sentence. Small business that appreciates their customers and customer service. They gave me fair and accurate price and had it fixed by Monday. Competitors quoted me double the cost and said 2 to 3 weeks. Mower Medics of Tampa have earned a customer for life!

Wish I would have read the reveiws!!!!!!! Completely dishonest and just out for the money. Went in for a carburetor cleaning and ended up paying $80 ALL of which was not authorized and most of which was nickel and dime stuff. When I ask why nobody called me too authorize it, they stated they usually don't call under $85, HOW CONVENIENT.

I highly recommend this repair shop. They also sell new equipment. I brought my chainsaw in for repair. The primer bulb was broken and the pull start would not retract. They were highly courteous very knowledgeable and I was amazed when they called me the next day to say it was done. They explained everything they did, and even reattached the protection tip that had a missing screw. They even pointed out a safety feature my chainsaw had that I was unaware of and was not mentioned in the manual. Their price was half the price... read more
