Great service.
Had the mower I wanted. However, the one 2 models up was on offer, and only £30 more. So, I purchased that. Very quick service with no faff. Free spare blade and engine oil, too. Mower was by about £20 to £30 cheaper than elsewhere, including online. Would definitely recommend them.
We placed an order on 21st June paying over £50.00 for the item. We expected it to arrive early the following week, but it didn't. There has been no correspondence from anyone at Mower Magic. I phoned to ask where our item was, to be told it would either be on that Friday or Monday of this week, so we should have it by Thursday this week. It appears that they have done good job on mower repair and service, but it took a long time. The explanation was the manufacturer sent the incorrect parts. Whilst they apologised, I did have to call 3 times to chase. Keeping customers proactively updated when things are delayed would be a massive help.
