My father had been a customer of theirs for over 20 years, we received cancelation after my father's passing for an "unoccupied residence". I will be happy to never spend another penny of my family's hard earned dollar with them after the years my father spent sticking with them despite being not treated very well on small claims made over the years.
Friendly people very helpful
Filed a claim for a hailstorm that produced 2 inch hail, battered my roof. I had 3 local contractors look at it and they all said it was a total loss due to hail dents. Mower County Farmers Mutual sent their adjuster out to look at it, the adjuster would not get on the roof because of the steep pitch but said there is no damage. Claim denied. I would not recommend this company.
Great company to work with. They care about their members.
