Went in for a chainsaw and got served by Adam. Honestly he was the epitome of excellent customer service. My partner and I walked out both in awe of how well we were treated by Adam. We were given all the information - he demonstrated all of the features of our purchase and nothing was too much trouble. Being new to the area we will clearly be going back for our ride on mower and anything else we need that they have in stock. Thank you Adam for reminding us that old fashioned service still exists.
