I have literally spent thousands of dollars in this store I have purchased a cub Cadet which was faulty and until I jumped up and down cub Cadet actually placed it with a different model the mower has been back several times to be repaired and each time it comes back it's not fixed properly and it has to go back again and again and again and again and again and again and again to the point where where I have to end up fixing it myself also buying blades for my machine seems to be a problem with them as every time I buy blade... read more
The team at mower city are excellent, from me finally deciding what to buy to having it delivered to my home, I could not fault the team at mower city, Jason from sales was understanding of my needs and found me the right machine had it ordered and delivered within a week. At delivery I had a time organised to met my schedule and I had a full comprehensive rundown on the machine . Awesome amazing service from mower city can not fault them . Thanks guys
Purchased a hustler ride on for a very good price. Mower and trailer were ready to go when I arrived, hassle free transaction. A minor part broke within the first week so I contacted Rob who I had purchased it from. He rang back a couple of weeks later saying the part had arrived and was being put in the post. He rang a few days later to see if it had arrived! Communication and customer service 100/100. Thank you Rob.
