Have supported this guy for a few years. No one has come to cut my lawn for 2 weeks, even tho I pay for weekly service. I have left 2 messages w their AI bot, sent 3 emails asking o respond as to what is going on and absolutely ZERO customer service provided I am so pissed and these people couldn't care less once they have your money. Try to support a small business and this is what I get?. And they advertise, 'great servive', reliable, etc, and nothing is further from the truth
