This place is a joke! There is a total lack of communication with the admin and staff. My husband was to have morning meds minus one med hold due to a procedure he was having at St. John's. When he returned to the facility, I told his nurse he was to have his usual meds that evening. The next day my husband said he didn't receive his meds the night before. My husband is also lactose intolerant and the nurse tried giving him his meds in pudding. I stopped that immediately and lo and behold the nurse found some applesauce and ... read more
