Finally found a medical centre that is patient centric! A friendly welcome by the receptionist, no long wait and Kah Mun was fantastic! She actually took the time to listen, explained everything in detail and offered great advice! Did I mention she listened?!? Such a refreshing experience, thanks so much!
I’ve been attending this GP clinic for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the care I receive. The doctors are professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, they always listen carefully. My concerns are taken seriously, nothing ever feels rushed, and they spend adequate time in each appointment to make sure all of my questions are answered.
