Amazing management beautiful area
This building gives me ptsd
I lived in this property for about a year. The overall experience was not good as we continuously faced issues with a leaking air conditioner. The property manager ignored any messages where I asked for it to be fixed. The final surprise awaited us when we tried to obtain a breakdown of the deductions from our bond. In the end, the total bond amount, which was originally $2,000 AUD, resulted in a received amount of $600 AUD. No one can still explain why deductions were applied. Came for a property viewing. Properly manager didn't show up at the agreed time after making the effort to come down from the sunshine Coast to view. Doesn't foreshadow a good rental for whoever decides to take them up on the offer.
