First class experience all the way! Chad was great to deal with, very friendly and helpful. TIM was also very good at answering questions.
I’ve never actually done a review online, but I am here to say that Cory in Service is one of the best customer service people I’ve ever experienced. He was constantly calling and updating me on the service work and was incredibly clear on the issues they were finding and the potential cost resulting from the fixes. When I picked up the mower, it was not only very well maintained, but incredibly clean as well.
Tried to buy a tiller from him. He quoted one to me for $1400 & the other for$1700 on Friday. I wanted to go home and measure a few things to make sure they would work. Came back the next Thursday to purchase one. He raised the price on me a $1000 dollars for the one & $1150 for the other. I didn't ask for a deal, He looked it up and priced them. A business is only as good as their word. I will never go back!!
When I purchase anything I always put a percentage of that purchase on the dealer. Will they take care of me and my equipment after the purchase. Tim and the crew have more than taken care of any Equipment problems I have had. Maintenance, Service, repairs, or Parts. They answer the after hours calls, Welcome you when you get to the store and deliver as promised. I will always be a Mobility Customer and recommend them to anyone looking for a tractor or any of the equipment they sell.
