Stay away from Methodist ER. I was sent home with a knee sprain. I actually had a fractured femur. I wish I could give zero stars.

Dr. Mowad's care was excellent. She listened carefully. She explained her thought process in detail. She shared her diagnosis and went over the treatment plan. She did not order inappropriate test nor did she dismiss my symptoms. She is a very caring physician.

Dr. Mowad treated me at Methodist Emergency on 59 and Kirby. We sat and listened to my symptoms and was very professional in managing the various diagnostic tests. She was clear in discussing the test results and diagnosis. I was very pleased with her and the staff at this Methodist facility

This doctor is associated with first choice urgent care on hwy 249 and she was absolutely horrible. MY mother came in with my son who had two swollen knots on tonsils. This lady was looked at him for 3 minutes and said he was fine. He could barely talk and was in so much pain. I had to call her and make her do more.. then after she got off the phone with me she was rude to my mother. Annoyed that I was recommending more for my son who I know has been through this before.
