TEN star review! Very neat and professional. We called 3 landscape contractors. One never returned the call. Another did - five days later. Jennifer with Mow-Mow's returned the call the same day and two days later she was back for planning and estimate work. She was VERY responsive through the entire process. The crew arrived on a Tuesday and the job was done by 2:00 the next day. This company is terrible with punctuality, communication, and follow-up. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate for tree and bush removal, and a retaining wall at 11:30 am on Monday, July 15, 2024. The first issue was that they were late for the appointment and I had to make a few calls to track someone down to see when they were coming.
