went to this place because of the good reviews. I needed to order a part for a cub cadet, and asked to speak to a mechanic to verify part and process. it would have taken less than 5 minutes. the counter person said I couldn't speak to anyone because they couldn't interrupt any jobs they were working. I told her to let her boss know that their policy cost them a customer, and she laughed. if you want to give these people your money, they will happily take it. ask for professional help? you're nobody.
