I paid $950 for landscaping for my small yard. It took Mow Joe 4 months to finish half the job. They never came back to finish the other half which they took the money for. They refused to provide an invoice. They will not answer calls or text because we asked for them to finish the job or give a partial refund. Now I have to consider if it's worth taking the owner to small claims court. Mow Joe's? More like No Joe's.
Absolutely amazing! I love having not to clean up my yard when a storm or wind come through. Love the amazing skill of landscaping. The crew is always friendly and helpful. Quote wasn't bad but they just didn't do what they agreed, like trim hedges, maintain flower gardens, mow and weed eat to keep yard looking good. I paid for everything but yard looks bad

I am helping my elderly aunt with her property, I found a PAID invoice for July 2022 for almost $900 for mowing and "trimming". I have found no evidence of trimming anything and a very consistent and sloppy mow job. Please note I am the one doing all the trimming and I am present at the property on a consistent basis.
