A Mow and Blow employee broke the rear window of my van. To his credit he left a note with the office number on my windshield. They replaced my rear window the same day but because broken glass had fallen down inside the rear gate, it made my door latching mechanism malfunction. I called the office repeatedly and was told that they would get with the owner and call me back about the latch malfunction. I called and texted several days with no response. Mow & Blow has done an excellent job servicing our properties. Their customer service, pricing, communication, and quality of work are top notch! I would recommend them to anyone!
This company damages, low income families property and will not replace them! They cut the grass and leave it like that! With blowing it off! This is a low down company! They cut my vegetables down out of my garden! Which I plant every year to in sure my children get there vegetables in without paying a Penny to much ! Within sixty seconds of starting the very first service, the technician weedeated down one of my snowball viburnum plants. When I pointed it out he laughed! When I tried to phone the company all I received were recorded messages. We had used this company on several commercial properties and they were good. This is incredibly disappointing in terms of residential service. To their credit, management did reach out to me thereafter. They were very apologetic and will be replacing my plant.
