Requested a pick up a few years ago.. paid for it.. sender hadn’t packaged properly & they agreed it wasn’t my bill to pay, so unsure why they’re still trying to call me after 4 years! Product was also damaged on arrival and cost an extra $250 to repair.. (unsure if that was the courier to be fair!)
Called for price to ship a container and they never got back to me. Months later, now they call me twice a week. Avoid.
Asked for a quote a few days ago, and no answer.
Shipped valuable audio gear professionally packed on a pallet. NSW - NSW. It took two weeks for them to tell me (despite paying extra) that they could not deliver to the address given. When the goods were eventually picked up at the other end at a "regional depot", they were badly damaged due to obvious negligent handling along the way. Shipment from pick up in Sydney to delivery in regional was six weeks! No response to my request for compensation. Very poor communication along the way. I would never use them again.
