Cynthia has helped me recognized and change old holding and movement patterns, which has been profoundly helpful and I've stood for a living as a hairstylist for over 30 years. She is both professional, kind hearted and a gifted teacher. I highly recommend her if you have any kind of chronic pain.

After two serious accidents I could not walk without significant pain and awkwardness. After one lesson with Cynthia I regained flexibility and mobility to walk comfortably for the first time in over a year! Cynthia's touch is incredibly gentle and effective. Cynthia has done wonders unlocking the mechanical issues that arise from being a professional golfer. I've worked with a couple other Feldenkrais practitioners, but Cynthia has definitely been the most effective for me. Her skill is so sensitive and refined, and she makes verbal instruction simple and easy to understand. You won't find a more compassionate and knowledgeable person to help you through chronic pain, traumatic injury, or performance enhancement.

What a wonderful experience! I'm 62 years old, and, with Cynthia's help, I just learned how to walk properly for the first time. I felt an inch taller after the 'lesson', and, I swear, I 'sashay-ed' my way out of there. I wish I had started these sessions 20 years ago. Thank you, Cynthia, for helping me walk pain-free.
