WORST customer service! – Moving Star was hired for a door-to-door service, which contractually included the unpacking of my boxes upon delivery and the removal of empty boxes and packaging material. When the crew prepared to leave having merely stacked my full boxes on the floor, I reminded them of the unpacking obligation, which was the first time they had heard of this service.
