Chad and his crew came highy recommended and I can see why. I've had to move a lot over the years and I've used many different moving companies all over the US and Moving On is HANDS DOWN THE BEST. honestly, excellent movers. They were fast, they were professional, they got everything up and down two different places on the second floor with zero damage and they were very friendly during all of it. I had a very tight deadline to move my mom out of her home of 40 years. Chad and his crew were amazing! Great to work with and worth every penny spent. I will be moving myself soon (since mom has moved in with me), I will be using Chad and his crew again. Thank you for making the packing of the pod super easy and saving us on the use of a second pod!
Very rude customer service... guy asked me where I was moving from ... I told him from Albany... he ask me if I was black ... I said how is that relevant... he pretended he didn’t ask me that then asked if I was moving from out of a housing development.... These ppl are Racist/ prejudiced , disrespectful and offensive... I wouldn’t recommend these company to anyone
The best money I've ever spent was hiring Moving on Movers - Chad made scheduling and coordinating our move an easy and stress free process, his son and the two guys that moved our house were HARD workers, extremely accommodating, and complete gentlemen. The attention to detail and clear experience these guys had erased all worries I had putting my possessions in another person's care. I really cannot say enough good things about our experience with this company.
Extremely professional, on time, neat and job done before scheduled time. Would hire again and recommend.
